Ok. I’m a teen guy, and I have a guy friend that I think is cute. He’s not gay, but sometimes he will pretend to act gay and do something like rub me in the chest or something and then stop and laugh. I want what he does to be signs toward me that he’s gay. Am I taking this the wrong way? Is this just something that normal teenage guys do?

You could try to slightly flirt back but if you’re not fully sure he is gay don’t make any sudden movements trust me.
