Okay my husband is at heart and mind a female, I accept that, however he has not come out to anyone but me how can he come out to people? He goes around in drag and I love it however he is embarrassed to tell his family. What do you suggest?

He probably could benefit from a support group for transgendered persons and/or counseling to help him come out.
