If you set boundaries at the outset of your relationship, and now those boundaries have been broken, the next step would be to determine what, if any, your response should be. Clearly, if you both decided that you would practice safe sex, then the most important boundary of all has been breached, that of trust. Now, you must decide if you can be in a relationship where it is ok for your partner to breach your boundaries. It is good that you are getting tested. You might consider asking him to get tested as well. And always insist on safe sex.
