I believe sexuality is fluid. I believe it's about the person. We can have our preference of who we think we want - but sometimes the heart has a mind of it's own. And if we are open enough to follow our heart, there is no telling where it will lead us. Gay or straight - black or white - these are just labels. We are just people.

As for your question, yes a "straight" person can become gay. But I would argue that they were never that "straight" to begin with, they just might have thought they were as that is what society leads us to believe. You date one boy in middle school and you are labeled as straight.
