I would like to know, as a confirmed bi sexual man, for the past 10 years, now at the age of 53. If there is something wrong with me, that I’m attracted to and only been with guys who are: slim, petite, smooth and 20-35 years younger, and they attracted to me as well? A close girlfriend believes I was molested when I was younger by an older man? However, I can’t recall any moments. I haven’t sexually been with a guy for over 3 years. However, I’m currently struggling with a strong belief, and have for years, that a young, in the closet, neighbor boy is attracted to me and believe he suspects I’m attracted to him as well? He just turned 18, home on college summer break. I have a good friendship with his parents, but they will be leaving tomorrow for 4th of July vacation, leaving Steven alone- they asked me to keep a eye on him? I’m afraid this will put us both in a compromising position, but at the same time, feel confident they will never know?

There is conclusive evidence in many studies that has proven that there is no correlation to child sexual molestation and sexual identity. This was addressed in another question on this site, Sexual Identity and It’s Relation to Child Molestation & Immune System?.
I don’t think there is anything “wrong” with your preference for younger men. If he is considered an adult in the state you live in, and you are not breaking any laws. Whethor you can have a fulffiling and healthy relationship is up to you to answer. I would steer clear of the neighbors son, however, to avoid problems with his parents, whom you have a “good friendship with”.
