Ok I am in a strange position. I am bisexual and I like a guy that is gay and is also my manager, yikes right. The issue is that most people don’t know that I am bisexual and when I tell them I am they don’t believe me. plus I am nervous around him and smile like an idiot. I am not good at flirting and I would love to get his attention. Please help.

I would not recommend dating someone at work, let alone your manager, because when things end, as they usually do you will be forced to look for other employment. It’s ok to smile a lot when you like someone. It shows them that you’re interested. If he is gay and his gaydar is working properly, then he already has an idea. If he hasn’t acted upon it, which he shouldn’t, only means you should look elsewhere.
