Hello, Does the bulb of the penis while erected (which is located near the anal sphincter)..does effect the anal entry? In general, if the bottom gets an erection before anal penetration, does the diameter of his anus become tighter due to the bulb of the penis pressing against his rectum? Thanks for your reply
