It’s good that you spoke with your doctor about this. Your doctor has the knowledge and training to diagnose properly. If you’re unsure about his diagnosis then you might want to get a second opinion to be sure. Sounds like you have a sensitive bum, and maybe with time it will become less sensitive, or you may cause further damage. These are questions only a trained doctor should answer. Good luck.
