Is it bad if I were to wear a condom or not with my boyfriend when we have sex? Like how if he was to inject any sperm in me? And plus on the side we are both healthy we have no diseases of any kind or AIDS. Will we still get that if that happens without using a condom?

You should always practice safer sex. There are many infections that have no visible or detectable symptoms, and you should always as a matter of practice, use a condom.
