If it's for a hook up, then maybe because they want someone with experience. If they're gonna hook up, they probably want to be sure they're gonna get off. If it's for long term, it might be because they want someone who is sure of who they are. People who are looking for LTR's probably don't want to risk getting hurt. I don't see why a NSA would run and hide. I agree with Justin, you're better off without them.
