I came across some stuff on my brothers laptop that have confirmed my thoughts about my brother being gay. As far as I know nobody else in the family knows, but they have had their doubts. I don’t know how to respond to this information, or if I should mention it at all. I’ve never had any problems with anyone who is gay but I think because it hits home for me I don’t know how to react or handle it. Any suggestions?

If your brother hasn’t come out to you, then you might not want to bring it up, other than to let him know that you have never had a problem with anyone who is gay. Basically what you just affirmed here. Best of luck.
I would say maybe try confronting him about it, maybe try starting it out by saying you’re fine with it, and you don’t mind. But if he hasn’t come out to your family, I would keep that between you. But I would try bringing it to his attention that it isn’t such a large deal before it maybe affects him.
