I am really confused with my sexuality. I always and still think I am a girl trapped in a guy’s body. I have accepted who I am physically, only because I could never pass as a female and it still wouldn’t be the real thing you know? I am attracted to girls, but I keep fantasizing about being with a guy. I don’t really like guys except for two guys so far in my life. I don’t know what I should do or what I am. Can somebody help me out please? P.S family are homophobic. P.P.S please don’t give me some BS about letting my heart decide and having fun and doing what I want. Thank You so much in advance.

Your gender identity is how you identify male or female. Sounds like you identify as female which will make you transgender. A lot of transgenders don't have operations. They're perfectly happy living the body they were gifted. You get a great perspective walking in another genders shoes. Also, you don't have to pass in order to elect surgery, and yes, it would also be "the real" thing. People who elect surgery do so for various reasons, among them having their physical body match their gender identity. Your sexual orientation is who you are attracted to sexually. If you're attracted to both sexes that would make you Bi. They say bisexuality is the silent majority, so you're in good company. I think there's many more transgenders out there as well, and some great organizations for support. Check out www.genderspectrum.org and www.pflag.org. www.gsanetwork.org is another great group.
