Hi, I have been in my career in sales for a meat processing company in the midwest for a few years now and enjoy it very much. It appears I have done well in it considering that I continue to get promoted. The only problem is that no one at work knows I’m gay and that I have a partner of five years. I am worried that the industry is still stuck in the good old boys days. Therefore, as I set my goals high to continue to grow in the industry, I was wondering if there are others who have been able to while being open about who they are? Thanks!
